Example #1 Given:

Katie Perry wants the 1 room deal ($95 min reduced to $40) but upon completion of carpet inspection the AAA technician concludes, that with the basic service cleaning, given the condition of said carpet, results will in no way will yield a positive outcome at end of basic cleaning, he or she may cancel/refuse to provide service.

Explanation of $95 Deal

We have reduced our $95 minimum service charge for 1 room basic steam cleaning from $95 to $40, a $55 price cut. This discount represents over a 57% savings. This reduced price is for hot water extraction/basic steam cleaning only. This service does not include: carpet power scrubbing, citrus burn off applications, pretreatments or any specialty cleaning application methods. It is strictly 1 room hot water extraction only. Please understand that refusal of suggested methods of cleaning or specialty type applications to achieve a AAA standard of cleaning will result in cancellation of service.

Example #2 Given:

Ms. Jackson wants the 3 rooms deal for $120 and upon inspection of areas to be cleaned the AAA technician detects, smells or observes that there may be an underlining issue that could possibly surface as direct result of our basic steam cleaning, he or she may cancel/refuse the service. Please understand that refusal of suggested methods of cleaning or specialty type applications to achieve a AAA standard of cleaning will result in cancellation of service.

• We do not pay our technicians to move furniture, however, AAA technicians may choose accommodate the clients wishes to move some light furniture at the clients own risk.
• Please understand that asking a AAA technician to move any furniture will be viewed as acceptance of that fact.

Halls can be considered 1 room. 1 room/area = 150 sf. Oversized areas/rooms will be charged accordingly.
