AAA Carpet Cleaning stands behind the workmanship of its technicians 100%. The Workmanship Warranty is as follows:
This warranty covers all workmanship as it applies to AAA technicians and their adherence to protocol and procedures as set forth by the IICRC – Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification Guidelines.
One of things we enjoy in our line of work is the immediate results. We get to physically verify in-person on-site about 95% of the time, whether a job was a success, or if we have issues. To expand on this a little more even if there is a complication that does not appear immediately, assuredly it definitely will within 24 hours. With this in mind our AAA guarantee does cover our technicians workmanship only.
Issues regarding improper workmanship result in faulty or substandard work. In such a instance we will come back, revisit or re-clean or correct or possibly refund any job that our AAA technicians have failed to complete in accordance to the IICRC Institute of Inspection & Cleaning Restoration Certification.
Furniture Moving Guidelines
We do not pay our technicians to move furniture however, AAA technicians may accommodate the clients wishes to move / rearrange some light furniture at the clients own risk.
Please understand that asking a AAA technician to move any furniture will be viewed as acceptance of that fact. Client understands that he or she “CLIENT ASSUMES TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY” of technicians moving furniture.
Please note that AAA Carpet Cleaning will not moving the following items:
- Computer desk
- End tables with lamps and knick knacks on them
- Entertainment centers
- Grandfather clocks
- Large dressers with mirrors attached
- Pool tables
- Queen size beds or larger
- Stand alone big screen TVs
- Excessively large or heavy items
