The AAA Platinum Guarantee is a conditional / performance based guarantee. The AAA technician will give a calculated guess of correction percentage, tech’s expected correction results upon completion of service.
Example: Mrs. Jane Doe and AAA tech inspect areas to be cleaned. After inspection the AAA technician tells Mrs. Doe based on what he has seen and type of carpet, damage, abuse or traffic lane wear it has sustained. The AAA tech believes her correction level at job completion should be about 70-80%. Once the job has been completed if the cleaning yields 69% or less correction then AAA Carpet Cleaning will issue a full refund of the steam cleaning portion of invoice (only). Plus an additional 25% above that charge.
